Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Vice Kulture. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email,text message or phone.

Standard shipping 5-7 Business days $6.95 

Priority Shipping  3-4 Business days $9.99

Fedex 2 day fee depends on location

2 Business days do not include weekends

*Overnight orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 11am ET. Orders placed on Thursday after 11am EST through Friday 11am EST will arrive on Monday. Orders placed on Friday after 11am EST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to P.O. Boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.

*Order placed after 12 PM Eastern Time will ship within 24-48 hours.

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Free shipping on orders over $50.00 within the United States

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.


 

.Severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or failures by the delivery partners can cause unexpected delays. Please keep up to date with your local carriers.

Vice Kulture ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Vice Kulture is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Vice Kulture is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

****We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order you must return your order with in 15 days of delivery date for a full refund.

****We do not exchange items you must return the item for a refund and purchase the item wanted.

****We are here to help you so please contact us and describe the problem or reason for return along with your order number. Our contact info is below.

****Final Sale

Clearance,sale items,last call,swim suits, body suits, under garments, accessories, lingerie and shoes are

non-returnable

****Merchandise must have original tags attached, be unwashed, unworn, no perfume smells, no deodorant stains and without damages 

****Return shipping labels are not provided, you are responsible for shipping cost returns

****All returns must include the return request form or invoice provided or your return may be delayed

****Damaged, defective  or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery 

​***Once returns are received it takes 5-7 business days to process

*Vice Kulture is not responsible for any return packages that may be lost or stolen in transit

*A reshipping fee will be charged on orders that are refused by the customer at time of delivery or returned due to an undeliverable address
